What is breakfast cereal could be fun and enjoyable and low in sugar and delicious and be pumped with protein without you even noticing? that was our goal. We also wanted granola bars that we could eat ourselves without being loaded with added sugars. Could we make protein packed foods using whole beans as the protein source and not over processed whey or protein powders? i believe we can and we did.
