About the Recipe
Soft scrambled eggs wrapped with cashew Fermenté spread, avocado, macadamia crumbly Fermenté, and fresh chives. Balanced, satisfying, and ready in minutes. Perfect for a wholesome start to the day

Ingredients
1 soft wrap or tortilla (wheat or gluten-free)
2 eggs
1 tbsp Grove & Meadow Cashew Fermenté
¼ ripe avocado, sliced or mashed
1–2 tbsp Grove & Meadow Macadamia Fermenté
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 tsp olive oil or Grove & Meadow butter
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Scramble the eggs: Heat the Grove & Meadow butter in a non-stick pan over medium-low. Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt. Gently scramble until just set and creamy. Remove from heat.
Warm the wrap: Lightly warm the wrap in a dry pan or microwave until pliable.
Assemble: Spread cashew evenly over the wrap. Add scrambled eggs, avocado, crumbled Macadamia fermente, and chives.
Season & roll: Season with pepper, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
