Cashew Cream Breakfast Egg Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 soft wrap or tortilla (wheat or gluten-free)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp Grove & Meadow Cashew Fermenté

  • ¼ ripe avocado, sliced or mashed

  • 1–2 tbsp Grove & Meadow Macadamia Fermenté

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives

  • 1 tsp olive oil or Grove & Meadow butter

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Scramble the eggs: Heat the Grove & Meadow butter in a non-stick pan over medium-low. Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt. Gently scramble until just set and creamy. Remove from heat.

  • Warm the wrap: Lightly warm the wrap in a dry pan or microwave until pliable.

  • Assemble: Spread cashew evenly over the wrap. Add scrambled eggs, avocado, crumbled Macadamia fermente, and chives.

  • Season & roll: Season with pepper, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
