About the Recipe
Our slow-fermented sourdough is lightly buttered with Grove & Meadow plant-based butter, toasted until golden, then topped with fresh banana slices and finished with a sprinkle of Chia seeds. A wholesome, comforting bite designed to nourish and energise.

Ingredients
Slices of Brown's Food Slow-fermented Sourdough bread
Grove & Meadow Plant-based butter
1–2 ripe bananas, sliced
Chia seeds, to finish
Preparation
Lightly spread Grove & Meadow plant-based butter over each slice of sourdough bread.
Toast the bread in a toaster until golden and crisp on the edges.
Slice the bananas into even rounds.
Arrange the banana slices generously over the warm toast.
Sprinkle with Chia seeds for texture and nourishment.
Serve immediately while warm.
