Fermented live drinking vinegar turned into a refreshing, gut-friendly tonic

Christmas Shrub Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp G&M Kombucha Thyme Live Vinegar

  • 4 blackberries (smashed to pulp) or 1 pulp of Tree Tomato

  • 1-2 tsp honey (we like ours from Provisions Kenya)

  • 1 Cinnamon stick

  • Soda water (top up to your preference of strength)

  • Ice

Preparation

  1. Pour vinegar into glass

  2. Smash pulp of berries/tree tomato, add to glass

  3. Add runny REAL honey and stir

  4. Add generous amount of ice

  5. Top up with soda water

  6. Serve with cinnamon stick and a fresh blackberry (or segment of tree tomato)
